Alpha leverages AI-driven 1-on-1 instruction to enable students to complete core academics in roughly two hours per day. The remaining time is dedicated to life skills, meaningful project work, and genuine development. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They need a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments model what excellence looks like: someone capable of understanding group dynamics, establishing clear norms, and guiding them through resistance, distraction, and doubt.

Your role isn't instructional. AI manages the academic content. Your focus is on motivation, coaching, and enforcing the same high standards you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time involves direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions that identify obstacles and define stretch goals. Another forty percent is spent facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for skill mastery, not engagement metrics. The final twenty percent is dedicated to morning sessions that set a high-performance culture where mediocrity has no place.

The trajectory here emphasizes mastery, not management scope. You begin by internalizing Alpha's approach and earning student trust. What You Will Be Doing

• Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify barriers, establish ambitious objectives, and ensure students follow through on commitments
• Facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery, drawing on credible examples from your own elite background, and evaluating mastery via Alpha's Test2

• Establishing the campus culture each morning through focused kickoff sessions that reinforce expectations for high performance
• Monitoring student progress continuously and refining coaching approaches based on data rather than intuition
• Developing trusted mentor relationships with students and their families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and documented motivation strategies

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Delivering lessons, creating curricula, or grading student work — Alpha's AI-powered academic platform manages instruction; your responsibility is motivation
• Presenting to large classroom groups of 30 students (your work centers on high-touch coaching in intimate settings, not mass instruction)
• Supervising other personnel or pursuing administrative advancement (this role focuses on direct student outcomes, not organizational management)
• Attending traditional faculty meetings or dealing with institutional red tape (your schedule prioritizes student engagement)
• Compromising standards to achieve targets (if a student reaches 99%, your task is to understand what prevented 100%)
