Reports To: TK Teacher
Annual Salary: $50,000.00

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

The TK Teacher’s Aide plays a vital role in supporting the Transitional Kindergarten (TK) classroom. This individual assists in creating a nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment where young children can develop academically, socially, and spiritually. Working alongside the lead teacher, the aide helps implement lesson plans, support classroom management, and ensure the well-being of students throughout the day.
A collaborative, patient educator who delights in young children and supports a Christ-centered, classical early learning environment. Skilled in classroom routines and communication with families, they assist the lead teacher in forming joyful, disciplined learners grounded in biblical truth.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Pursue the ACSI Teacher Certificate, Classical Educator Equivalent, CA Teacher Credential, or Master’s in Classical Education within two years of initial employment.
Experience
Professional working experience in relevant field(s).

Compensation Annual salary paid bi monthly. Optional partial tuition credit available.
Key Responsibilities Classroom Support & Instruction- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans rooted in classical education, supporting integrated instruction across subjects such as language arts, mathematics, history, science, and the arts.
- Reinforce concepts introduced by the teacher through guided practice, repetition, and age-appropriate activities, providing additional support to students who need individualized attention.
- Lead small-group instruction and learning centers, facilitating hands-on, experiential activities that foster curiosity, attention, and a love of learning.
