Requirements Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Education , Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Youth Development, or a related field; or equivalent professional and community experience.
  • Experience maintaining records, databases, and data reporting systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, educators, community partners, and staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pre ferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Education , Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Youth Development, or a related field .
  • Experience working in alternative education, continuation schools, or youth-serving nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), County Office of Education programs, or alternative education systems.
  • Experience with student information systems, grant-funded programs, and compliance reporting.
  • Experience coordinating events, field trips, workshops, and graduation activities.
  • Experience providing case management, resource navigation, or student support services.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting on alumni databases and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with attendance tracking, records management, transcript requests, and student data systems.
  • Experience supervising program logistics and facility-related operations.
  • Experience supporting fundraising, grant initiatives, or philanthropic partnerships.
Summary

Job Responsibilities Program Operations & Administration
  • Coordinate and schedule all student exploratories , intakes, workshops, and program activities.
  • Maintain communication regarding schedules, attendance, records, and transcript requests
  • Assist with opening and closing school facilities as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of facility operations, programs, and activities.
  • Order program supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Support day-to-day operational needs of the school site.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate student and program documentation.
  • Enter and manage data within required databases and information systems.
  • Prepare and maintain records required by grant funders and program stakeholders.
  • Track attendance, enrollment, participation, and other program metrics.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of student and program information.
Student & Alumni Support
  • Provide case management support and service referrals for students and alumni.
  • Support the development and maintenance of an alumni database.
  • Input, track, compile, and report alumni-related data.
