The Founder is a Stanford MBA (ex-Google, ex-Salesforce) with a strong product sense (engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon) and a fierce determination to change the dating space for the better. The League’s director of engineering, Tim Zaitsev, has a masters from Carnegie Mellon and is incredibly hands-on and is building out a lean team of world-class, senior engineers.
The League is live in six cities, brings in healthy revenue each month, and has hundreds of thousands of people in other metros waiting for its launch in their city.
As our first Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for creating & executing our digital marketing strategy and working closely with Engineering & Analytics leaders to measure ROI of online marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for hitting aggressive acquisition targets while also ensuring our user quality continues to improve. You will be asked to find creative avenues to drive user and revenue growth.
- Highly analytical, as demonstrated by a BS degree or prior work in a technical industry
- Experience with mobile advertising
- Experience with mobile attribution
- Experience deploying six-figure marketing budgets and measuring ROI
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in dating a plus
- SQL expertise
- Experience with models & analytical programming languages like R and Python
- Illustrator/InDesign experience for mocking up campaigns
- Experience measuring offline marketing efforts
