Sales Operations Training Specialist

The Sales Operations Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves training programs that enhance the effectiveness of Customer Service and Sales teams. This role ensures consistent understanding of operational processes, tools, and capabilities by creating structured learning experiences, supporting post-training adoption, and driving ongoing knowledge development across the organization.

What Is Required (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and direct professional experience (7-10 years.) 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Training, or Enablement roles. Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences. Experience with Design Skills (Canva) and content authoring software (Easy Generator, Articulate, Captivate). Strong understanding of sales and customer service workflows, tools, and operational processes.
Communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to solve problems and be adaptable. Cross-functional collaboration with organizational and project management skills.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, GSS, etc.) and sales enablement tools. Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Experience creating digital training content (e.g., LMS modules, videos, knowledge base). Digital design experience of job aids, instructional videos, infographics, slide decks, and other learning resources.
