Alpha recruits a Student Excellence Coach to motivate, mentor, and uphold the same exacting standards you apply to yourself. You will spend 40% on 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, 40% on structured life-skill sessions, and 20% starting each day with focused kickoffs that set a high-performance tone.
This is a full-time, in-person role on Alpha campuses (Orange County, Palo Alto, San Francisco, South Bay, and more).
