College Access Program Associate

Breakthrough Summerbridge is a multi-year academic enrichment program that combines intensive summer sessions with school-year support to help students thrive in and beyond the classroom. Scholars participate in rigorous math, humanities, and science courses, along with grade-level co-curriculars and electives that span the arts and athletics. During the school year, the program offers continued academic enrichment, high school advising, college access support, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops for students and families.

The program is grounded in a “students teaching students” model, where passionate high school and college Teaching Fellows from across the country design and lead classes, activities, and community‑building experiences. Guided by experienced educators, these Teaching Fellows foster an energetic, innovative learning community where young leaders grow together.

Breakthrough Summerbridge is hiring a part‑time Associate to support our College Access Program in the  school year. This role will support the development and implementation of college‑going programming for our high school freshman!
