Learning Facilitator – Part Time

• Facilitate engaging, research-backed Life Labs workshops for organizations worldwide across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Create psychologically safe and inclusive learning environments
• Facilitate training, group coaching, and group dialogue sessions
• Participate in and lead panels, speaking engagements, Skills Spotlights, and lead-generation events
• Adapt workshops to the needs of organizations and learners from individual contributors to senior leaders
• Prepare for workshops using client-specific context and ensure materials and technology are ready
• Provide planned and emergency coverage, including same-day facilitation when needed and schedule permitting
• Collaborate with internal client teams on client engagement, product innovation, and company culture initiatives
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Gather and apply client and learner feedback to improve experiences, solutions, and outcomes
• Monitor industry trends and surface risks to client engagements
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
• Maintain facilitation standards through practice, observations, self-study, training, and certification
• Contribute to facilitation-team educational development through research and presentations
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate schedule constraints, risks, and needs
• Create and maintain a personal learning and development plan

• Must live in San Francisco or Bay Area
• Bachelor’s degree required
• A current coaching certification preferred
• Graduate degree preferred
• 2 years experience in a client-facing role required
• 2 years professional experience facilitating or teaching adult learners required
• Real-world organizational or business experience in a people management/leadership capacity required
• Understanding of empirical research methods and ability to teach research-backed concepts clearly and practically
• Comfort facilitating standardized material you did not create
• Strong executive presence and adaptability
• Excellent communication and time management
• Technology fluency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and emerging AI tools
• English language proficiency
• Reliable access to a quiet, professional remote facilitation environment
• Ability to maintain 4+ open workshop slots weekly and recurring availability during high-demand time blocks
• Ability to increase availability temporarily during onboarding
• Successful completion of background check
• Verification of educational degrees and credentials
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must meet applicable confidentiality, intellectual property, and non-compete agreements

Demonstrates expertise in facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences, utilizing strong communication and project management skills. Capable of building trust-based relationships with clients while adapting content to meet specific organizational needs.
