- Keep student records accurate and organized.

- Champion our 1-to-1 model by helping teachers design creative accommodations and personalized strategies for every learner.
- Partner with parents, outside professionals, and campus staff to ensure students receive the right support both in and beyond Fusion.
- Lead and mentor teachers in understanding diverse learning profiles, fostering confidence and expertise across the team.
- Review testing, documentation, and student plans to ensure appropriate accommodations and goals.
- Provide professional development, coaching, and parent education sessions on learning differences and interventions.
- Collaborate with the Head of School on admissions, ensuring each new student can thrive in our environment.
- Teach and maintain a caseload of students.
- Contribute to a campus culture rooted in connection, growth, and belonging.
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree or certification in Educational Therapy, Special Education, or a related field (highly preferred). - Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, and Electives), following content standards - curriculum and resources provided.
- Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
- Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
- Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
- Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
- 4-7 years of experience supporting students with learning differences, ADHD, or emotional challenges.
- Deep understanding of special education processes (IEPs, 504s, ISPs).
- Proven ability to lead, train, and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for empowering neurodiverse learners.
