** Commissioning Agent
** to join our world‑class Commissioning Team. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of a global leader in building engineering committed to combatting climate change through decarbonization, electrification, and resilient design.
Commissioning is a quality assurance process that ensures building and infrastructure systems are installed and operate as intended. In this role you will work both in the office and in the field, performing hands‑on testing of a range of systems to improve building performance, energy efficiency, reliability, and occupant comfort.
Your Role- Develop and maintain pre‑functional and functional checklists.
- Conduct field functional testing and perform on‑site observations.
- Lead commissioning meetings and manage the overall commissioning process.
- Document test results, track issues in the resolution log, and prepare comprehensive commissioning reports.
- Support project management tasks as needed.
- Perform other related duties to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or a related field, or related industry experience.
- EIT license, Commissioning, Energy Management, or TAB certifications a plus.
- 2–5 years of related industry experience desired.
- Technical knowledge of MEP system design and operation, controls, and instrumentation background.
- Proficiency in client‑facing and client‑relationship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to climb ladders/stairs and lift and carry loads above 20 lbs, with extended on‑site periods (8–10 hours).
- Vehicle transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Experience with commissioning software or ongoing commissioning tools is a plus.
- Experience with mechanical and/or controls, mission‑critical, life science, and electrical experience are a plus.

$75,000 – $100,000
