Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design, engineering, and implementation of MEP systems for hyperscale data center campuses (300MW+).
- Define and enforce global design standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Oversee consultant and contractor selection, manage interfaces between developers and construction teams.
- Drive value engineering and innovation in power distribution, cooling, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with sustainability, operations, and automation teams to ensure readiness for hyperscale growth.
- Own budgets, technical specifications, and lifecycle planning for all MEP systems.
- 10+ years of MEP design and delivery experience for large-scale data centers or critical infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of power distribution (HV/LV), cooling systems, and redundancy architectures (Tier III+).
- Proven experience in greenfield project execution, from design through commissioning.
- Strong vendor management and developer-side project coordination skills.
- Familiarity with regional codes, permitting, and environmental compliance (Europe or U.S.).
- Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), Chartered or PE license desirable.
- Early equity in a stealth-mode hyperscale platform.
