- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in energy project development, commercial negotiations, or business development for infrastructure, power generation, data center projects, or related industries.
- Experience developing and negotiating energy or infrastructure partnerships (e.g., Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or utility interconnection agreements).
- Experience with energy technologies, such as next-generation geothermal, advanced nuclear, energy storage (batteries or non-electrochemical), and decarbonization solutions (e.g., carbon capture).
- Experience managing cross-functional programs.
- 8 years of experience in the power generation, utility, or data center industry in distributed or onsite energy resources.
- Experience in programmatically scaling commercial models and partnerships for new or emerging technologies.
- Ability to develop and negotiate energy partnerships (e.g., Power Purchase Agreements) with developers, utilities, or government entities across international markets.

In this critical role, you will be instrumental in securing the strategic partnerships and commercial agreements to bring advanced energy technologies and new deployment approaches to meet Google's global data center energy needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
