They are currently looking to make their next strategic hire and bring in a skilled mechanical engineer for a key growth position in San Francisco. This hire will be given the unique opportunity to take on immediate responsibility and progress quickly under great mentorship, all while reaping the rewards of a fantastic compensation package!

• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience within a consulting engineering environment.
• Proficiency in Revit (BIM) for modeling and project coordination.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing development and production.
• Familiarity with load calculation and energy modeling software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and Bluebeam.
• Project experience in healthcare, laboratory, education, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

• Highly organized and detail-focused with strong written communication abilities.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage with clients, owners, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work productively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in coordinating designs across architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical disciplines.
• Resourceful in identifying design or construction challenges and developing practical solutions.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
