They are currently looking to make their next strategic hire and bring in a skilled mechanical engineer for a key growth position in San Francisco. Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience within a consulting engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) for modeling and project coordination.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing development and production.
  • Familiarity with load calculation and energy modeling software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe applications, and Bluebeam.
  • Project experience in healthcare, laboratory, education, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
Professional Skills & Attributes:
  • Highly organized and detail-focused with strong written communication abilities.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage with clients, owners, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work productively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skilled in coordinating designs across architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical disciplines.
  • Resourceful in identifying design or construction challenges and developing practical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
