Responsibilities
- Schematic & PCB Layout: Architect and design complex, multi-layer digital PCBs using industry-standard EDA tools, with emphasis on high-density interconnect (HDI) routing and signal performance.
- Signal Integrity (SI): Conduct pre- and post-layout SI analysis to validate timing margins, impedance control, and crosstalk mitigation for high-speed interfaces.
- ASIC / Chiplet Integration: Drive PCB-level integration of ASICs and chiplet-based architectures, carefully managing trace capacitance, signal loss, and packaging constraints.
- Hardware Bring-Up & Validation: Lead prototype bring-up, electrical debugging, integration, and verification in the lab to ensure full system functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Looking for 2+ years in high-speed digital PCB design and layout
