We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support and maintain a portfolio of analyzers used across research and biotechnology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, working with highly precise laboratory instruments, and supporting scientific teams working at the cutting edge of biomarker and immunoassay research.
You’ll be responsible for installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of analytical instruments. You’ll work closely with internal R&D, engineering, assay development, and scientific users to ensure instrument reliability and smooth lab workflows.
What You’ll Do- Install, calibrate, and qualify advanced immunoassay instrumentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to optimize instrument performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product improvements and system reliability.
- Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or similar field.
- Several years hands-on experience in field service or instrumentation support experience (or strong mechanical/electronics troubleshooting ability).
- Familiarity with laboratory or life sciences environments
