As a senior infrastructure engineer, you’ll be

• Architecting, implementing, and rolling out large-scale infrastructure projects independently.
• Helping define technical roadmap, speaking directly with customers, iterating quickly.
• Working directly with founders daily to improve reliability and scale our infrastructure.
• Designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our systems.

• Have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, CI/CD, etc.
• Are a relentlessly resourceful engineer with experience building real-world infrastructure, with a high bar for quality.
• If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant.
• Can go from 0 to 1 building scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Love tackling extremely difficult problems.
• Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment.
• Work well on a small team.

• Experience working with Python, Celery, Flask, and Gunicorn.
• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer.

Note:

This role will focus heavily on infrastructure and Dev Ops but will still touch the full stack regularly.
