Product Manager, Agent Platform

Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI and has held roles at Salesforce, Google, and Facebook. Clay spent 18 years at Google, leading Google Labs and AR/VR initiatives, and later led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

What You’ll Do

• Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the World: help revolutionize how consumers and businesses interact by enabling each business to build a world-class AI agent that represents its identity and brand.
• Solve for the Customer: support multiple stakeholder groups—agents’ end users, CX managers, and developers building on the platform.
• Innovate: explore new tools and processes for building AI agents as a defining capability for the next generation of companies.
• Collaborate: partner with engineering, design, leadership, and the broader company to deliver a seamless experience.
• Advise: become a trusted strategic advisor to customers in partnership with sales, GTM, and forward-deployed teams.
• End-to-End Ownership: lead the product from concept through execution with cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Experience:
  
  substantial experience in product, engineering, or related field with a track record from ideation to launch.

• Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.
• Experience with enterprise and/or developer products, including SDKs, APIs, and tooling.
• Experience with Type Script, React, and other programming languages.
