Overview
Program Manager at Faith Group, LLC is a role focused on leading capital projects, primarily at San Francisco International Airport, supporting Program Management/Owners Rep contracts for SFO.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
.
- As a partner to the airport staff, provide input on design and direction for design/build teams.
- Using SFO approved tools, compile schedules and project summaries for capital projects, including review and validation of contractor submitted schedules.
- Lead project controls and reporting procedures for SFO projects; manage information in the Airport’s PM platform, Unifier; produce reports and deliverables to help the Airport manage the program.
- Review and manage project financials, including contractor pay apps, overall budget and spend plan; provide input on forecasts, budgets, and potential cost saving opportunities.
- Lead the review of project estimates and support the production of independent project budget estimates.
- Prepare and review life cycle costs, operations forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.
- Utilize airport document control platform, ensure accurate documentation and logs of information transmittals; coordinate with Faith Group project controls staff for maintenance of all project documentation.
- Provide specialized consulting and technical services as needed, including safety risk assessment, phasing plan review, design updates and input, and other project consultation as required.
- Experience on design and construction projects in lead designer, project manager, or similar role; airport experience and Integrated Design Build methods are highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience managing large capital projects.
- Familiar with airport regulations (FAA, CBP).
- Experience with Bluebeam and MS Office.
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Active participation in industry organizations.
- Associate’s in Applied Science;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Base: $ - $ per year.
- Additional salary notes: $200,000+ depending on education, skills and experience.
