About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Reliability Test Technician to join our team.
This individual will play a key role in the development and test of our autonomous platforms at the system and component levels.
The ideal candidate has expertise developing and executing tests in an organized manner and is passionate about making robotic systems as good as they can be by breaking them.

Collaborate with a tight knit team to execute tests and clearly document findings to support root cause analysis
Work with a variety of components including electronics, sensors, actuators, and structures
Document detailed test procedures and findings for future reference and repeatability
Maintain an orderly test lab environment to ensure organization and efficiency
Provide continuous feedback to team members to improve test specifications and systems
Support tests at outside test labs and field test sites

5+ years of hands-on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, computer, automotive, or robotics industries
Strong understanding of schematics, datasheets, and the ability to interpret them accurately Experience operating environmental test chambers, vibration tables, and mechanical load frames Experience soldering, crimping, and working with cable management in lab or shop environments Proficiency with lab tools and equipment including DAQ systems, sensors, instruments, 3D printers, and common shop power tools and machinery
Knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks, Onshape etc) for 3D model navigation and design edits Experience with Linux for robotic system testing and integration
