Requirements
- 3+ years of experience testing, diagnosing, or supporting complex systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills at the system level
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Experience reading and following detailed mechanical and electrical documentation
- Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for assembly and testing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and replace components up to 50 lbs
- (Desirable) Experience with CAD tools such as CATIA or similar platforms
- (Desirable) Programming experience in Python, Java, and/or C++
- (Desirable) Familiarity with automated test systems and DAQ hardware
- (Desirable) Hands‑on experience with robotics systems or electromechanical integration
- (Desirable) Knowledge of IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑A‑620, or J‑STD‑001 standards
- (Desirable) Experience working with brushless motors, harmonic drives, clutches, or torque/force sensors

- We are looking for a diligent and detail‑oriented Engineering Technician to join our team. This person will focus on testing complex subsystems in our humanoid robot.
- Perform subsystem and system‑level testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability against specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues identified during testing.
- Develop, document, and execute test procedures and validation plans.
- Build and maintain automated test processes to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Integrate test automation, data collection, and reporting tools into existing workflows.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across testing processes and product quality.
- Document results and track issues using JIRA and Google Workspace tools.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
