Reliability Test Technician
Location:
San Francisco, CA(Onsite)

Position Summary
- Seeking a hands-on Reliability Test Technician to support testing and validation of autonomous robotic platforms and hardware systems.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience with reliability testing, environmental testing, troubleshooting, lab equipment, and robotic/electromechanical systems in robotics, automotive, electronics, or hardware testing environments.
- Execute reliability and validation tests for robotic and autonomous systems
- Support root cause analysis by documenting test findings and observations
- Work with:
Electronics, Sensors, Actuators, Mechanical structures - Develop and maintain detailed test procedures and reports
- Operate environmental test chambers, vibration tables, and load frames
- Maintain organized and efficient lab/test environments
- Support testing activities at external labs and field test locations
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve test coverage and system reliability

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in:
Robotics, Automotive, Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Testing - Strong understanding of schematics and datasheets
- Experience working with:
Environmental test chambers, Vibration tables, Mechanical load frames, Lab/shop tools and equipment - Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite in a hands-on lab environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
