Global Supply Chain Manager, Energy Storage
The Global Supply Chain Manager for Energy Storage at Redwood Materials is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to support battery materials production and energy storage solutions, with a focus on cost, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sourcing strategies for components
- Lead supplier selection activities
- Collaborate with engineering to understand key requirements for suppliers
- Drive cost reduction and inventory management strategies
- Manage supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and sustainability
- Mitigate supply chain risks through cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or economics
- 5-7 years of supply chain experience
- Working knowledge of manufacturing operations, production workflows, and process improvement principles
- Ability to interpret operational, technical, and financial data to support analysis and decision-making
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Compensation/salary range: $135,000 - $215,000 USD
Full-time position
Compensation will be commensurate with experience
