Job DescriptionWe are looking for Fleet Operations specialists (FOS) to support the rapid expansion of our Client’s autonomous ride‑hailing fleet. These specialists will manage the day‑to‑day operational complexities of bringing up new vehicle platforms and handling New Product Introduction (NPI) work streams.
Responsibilities- Managing the end‑to‑end operational lifecycle of new vehicle platforms (NPI Platform Bring‑up).
- Monitoring real‑time fleet health and sensor configurations specifically for NPI testbeds.
- Tracking vehicle mileage, segmented by vehicle platform (e.g., different hardware generations or vehicle models) and operational modality.
- Coordinating high‑velocity transport for pre‑production and validation fleets, ensuring vehicle movements do not bottleneck hardware upfits or engineering testing.
- Implementing rigorous cycle counting and inventory control for pre‑release hardware assets via Salesforce to ensure parts availability for NPI work streams (Critical NPI Asset Tracking).
- Triaging in real time when engineering issues arise and ensuring assets are configured correctly and deployed on schedule to meet data collection milestones.
Minimum 3+ years of experience within Automotive New Product Introduction (NPI) environments. Experience working with Autonomous vehicles is a plus. Basic computer/data entry skills to work with the Client’s tool suite.
CollaborationThe FOS will work with Operations, Product and Engineering to ensure assets are configured correctly, deployed on schedule to meet data collection milestones, and triaged in real time when engineering issues arise.
