About the Company

A fast-growing advanced technology organisation developing next-generation energy storage solutions used across aerospace, defense, and high-performance mobility applications. The business operates at the intersection of R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, scaling complex hardware programs from concept through production.

The Role

We are seeking a technically fluent Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across a portfolio of advanced battery products.

You will sit at the centre of cross-functional delivery - coordinating engineering, R&D, operations, suppliers, and contract manufacturing partners to ensure programs progress smoothly from early development through qualification and production transfer.

This is a high-impact role where you will:

  • Own program schedules, milestone tracking, and risk management across multiple NPI programs
  • Translate customer requirements into internal performance targets and critical-to-quality parameters
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, operations, and external manufacturing partners
  • Lead technical program reviews and ensure action item closure across stakeholders
  • Prepare and present program updates, risk summaries, and milestone reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support supplier qualification and manufacturing readiness activities
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve technical, manufacturing, and schedule risks
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in hardware or manufacturing environments
  • Understanding of lithium-ion cell testing and manufacturing processes
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field
  • Background in batteries, energy storage
  • Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, AS9100, or ISO 9001 frameworks
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification
  • Korean language skills (beneficial for supplier coordination)
