Operations Compliance Program Senior Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and mature Clearway’s GO 167‑C compliance program across the fleet, developing consistent processes and documentation standards.
• Lead internal regulatory reporting, coordinating data requests from site operations, engineering, SCADA, HSE, and legal.
• Lead causal investigations of operational events and safety incidents under GO 167‑C, reconstruct events and support regulatory responses.
• Represent the organization to capture, document, and share lessons learned from operational events.
• Maintain audit readiness, track corrective actions and ensure timely completion.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership on compliance status and corrective actions.
• Create and maintain standardized documentation, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, Legal, IT, Analytics, and SCADA teams.
• Design, implement, and oversee operational programs, develop metrics, reporting, governance, and training.

• 3–4 years in operations, program/project management, continuous improvement, or related roles—preferably in power generation or renewable energy.
• Experience developing or maturing operational programs in cross‑functional environments.
• Knowledge of power plant or energy facility operations, including SCADA logs, maintenance work orders, and site procedures.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple work streams, manage deadlines, and drive progress.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and report‑writing skills.
• Ability to build dashboards and reporting tools for operational and leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

• Experience in wind, solar, BESS, or broader renewable energy operations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, Operational Excellence, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
• Familiarity with SAP, CMMS, EAM systems, or operational analytics tools.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional operational programs in a multi‑site environment.

$92,000—$115,000 USD

Pay rate depends on location, skills, and experience, within the stated range.
