Qcells is looking for a Director of System Test and Validation to lead the System Test team at its Santa Clara, CA R&D Center. You will develop the testing strategy for both existing and next-generation products, including AC Modules and Energy Storage Systems, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in solar industry testing and validation, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills. The position allows for 20% travel to testing facilities.
