You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold – project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real‑world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:

  • You'll maintain and update the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in Deltek.
  • You'll develop a pipeline of upcoming opportunities based on insights gathered from client meetings and industry interactions and participate in industry organizations such as WTS, CMAA, ACEC, AACE, and CASH.

  • You'll work with the Sub-Industry Leader to invite key clients to Accenture-sponsored events and coordinate with Marketing on pursuits, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional materials.
  • You'll coordinate lobbyist and outside consultant efforts with Regional Managers and perform market research to stay informed on regional trends and opportunities.
  • You'll research board reports and relevant documentation to prepare Sub-Industry Leaders and Senior PMs for client meetings and strategic planning and partner with the Sub-Industry Leader to research specific pursuits and develop pursuit strategies.
  • You'll prepare Pursuit Capture Plans that include key dates, contacts, client Project Managers, win themes, and differentiators and create client presentations and leave‑behind materials and set up and attend introductory meetings with clients and teaming partners related to potential opportunities and set up, coordinate, and attend kickoff and ongoing pursuit meetings with teaming partners once a pursuit has been green‑lighted.
  • You'll collaborate with the Sub-Industry Leader to develop staffing org charts early in the pursuit phase and participate in green team discussions as part of the org chart development process.
  • You'll track pursuit action items and hold team members accountable to deadlines and prepare and send out MOUs and subconsultant agreements and support the interview preparation and rehearsal process for major pursuits.
