As a vital member of our Project Management Team, you will engage in client management, updates, and presentations across all management levels. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, you'll ensure comprehensive awareness of project costs and risks, offering innovative strategies for mitigation and opportunities.
You'll have the chance to leverage your expertise in cost control and estimating principles. Proactively monitor and communicate project budgets, actuals, and forecasts regarding costs and labor hours. Your proficiency will enable you to create effective status reports for clients and internal teams, clearly presenting schedule statuses and identifying critical paths. Additionally, you'll foster productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team.
Must be local to the Bay Area to work in-office on a hybrid schedule.
- Over 5 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in cost and schedule management, particularly with complex construction projects valued at $25M and above.
- Able to build a schedule from scratch while coordinating effectively with engineering, project management, and construction teams.
- Skilled in explaining variances and delays, tracking, and monitoring contractor schedules.
- Cost analysis and SAP experience is a valuable bonus.
