Project Managers are responsible for the overall success of the project. Chief tasks include but are not limited to:
- Delegates work and assignments to team members
- Attending owners’ meetings, billing, and schedule updates
- Contract management
- Subcontractor management
- Jobsite walks
- Look ahead schedules
- Daily game plans
- CO & RFI tracking and oversight
- Cost and labor tracking and projections
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years minimum relevant experience in civil/ infrastructure work
