• Join a founding team backed by $12M from Andreessen Horowitz and CIV, working on massive real‑world projects valued at nearly half a billion dollars.
• Influence the development of an AI‑native engineering platform that generates tens of thousands of design configurations to optimize cost and performance 10x faster than incumbents.
• Work in an “Elon‑style” high‑intensity environment with relocation support to San Francisco and a focus on shipping hard, physical infrastructure at scale.

• Use domain expertise across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering to build AI‑driven automation workflows for complex infrastructure design.
• Collaborate across disciplines to define physics‑based constraints and trade‑offs, ensuring generated designs are safe, performant, and ready for construction.
• Iterate rapidly on real‑world engineering products, moving from concept to shippable design while working directly with a vertically integrated construction team.

• 7‑15 years of experience shipping complex physical products at elite companies like Tesla, SpaceX, Anduril, Rivian, or Neuralink.
• A multidisciplinary mindset with the ability to think across the full stack (mechanical, electrical, systems) rather than working in a siloed specialty.
• Hands‑on builder mentality with a track record of sticking with hard projects through testing and iteration; no project managers or consultants.
