Job Title: Senior Electric Powertrain Engineer

Salary: Up to $200,000 (DOE)

A fast-growing startup is pioneering the future of zero-emission waterborne transportation. • 4+ years of experience in electric powertrain design.
  • Strong knowledge of Li-ion batteries, BMS, PDUs, inverters, and motors.
  • Hands-on experience in C/C++ and embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in schematic design, PCB layout, and CAD.
  • Experience with communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, RS232, J1939.
  • Proven team leadership with the ability to contribute as an individual engineer.
  • Experience with maritime environments (IP ratings, ABYC standards, corrosion, galvanic isolation).
  • Passion for boating and clean marine technology.
