We are looking for a Head of Engineering with 2-5 years of experience to lead product development and technical strategy at a first-mover neurotechnology company building the world's first software brain-computer interface. You are an ex-founder, former CTO, or early engineer at a high-growth startup who has built a killer product from 0→1 and thrived in the chaos of finding product-market fit.
This is a founding leadership role at a company backed by investors in Oura, Canva, Coinbase, and SpaceX, building at the unique intersection of consumer health, neurotech, and voice AI.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with the Founder to drive product direction, iteration, and technical roadmap toward product-market fit
- Own full-stack product engineering: architecture, system design, front-end, back-end, and infrastructure for security and scale
- Ship and iterate rapidly on consumer-facing features to drive user engagement and growth (targeting 1,000 users by end of June)
