As an Electrical Test Support Engineer you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and long-term operation of our core hardware platform. In this role you will help design and implement test fixtures, conduct component-level failure analysis on returned hardware, generate detailed FA documentation, and analyze RMA trends to drive measurable improvements in field reliability.
You will report into Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering and work closely with Key Stakeholders. We're looking for someone who brings 1+ years of hands‑on experience in hardware testing, manufacturing test engineering, or failure analysis.

- Test development:
Design and implement automated or manual test fixtures to support hardware validation and sustaining activities. - Failure analysis:
Probe, test, and debug returned hardware to identify root causes of failures. Conduct component‑level troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and protocol analyzers. - Reporting:
Generate comprehensive first‑level analysis reports and detailed FA documentation to be shared with cross‑functional teams and vendors. - Process improvement:
Analyze RMA data trends to recommend design or firmware changes that reduce field failure rates.

- Experience:
1+ years in hardware testing, manufacturing test engineering, or failure analysis. - Core skills:
Proficiency in debugging embedded systems and high‑speed communication interfaces. Experience with Linux‑based systems and shell scripting for automated diagnostic routines. Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and protocol analyzers. - Personal attributes:
Systematic, methodical approach to isolating variables on defective devices. Clear written communication for technical reports shared with cross‑functional teams and vendors. - Education:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. - Nice to have:
Experience with JIRA for bug tracking and Confluence for technical documentation.
