Mechanical Engineer, Product Engineer, CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design, Automation & Mechatronics Engineer
If you're a mechanical engineer who enjoys taking products all the way from concept to production, this opportunity offers the chance to own critical hardware for a next-generation robotics platform that's already moving beyond the prototype stage.
You'll join a fast-growing engineering team developing advanced intelligent robotic systems, where your designs will move quickly from CAD to physical hardware and ultimately into production. Rather than owning a small piece of a large programme, you'll be responsible for complete mechanical subsystems, working closely with electrical, firmware, controls, and manufacturing engineers to deliver robust, production-ready products.
This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a hands‑on environment and wants broad ownership, rapid decision‑making, and the chance to see their work deployed in real‑world product.
You’ll Get to Expand Your Experience- Owning complete mechanical subsystems from initial concept through production relief
- Driving mechanical architecture, CAD design, prototyping, validation, and design refinement
- Applying DFM, DFA, GD&T, and tolerance stack‑up analysis to ensure designs are ready for manufacture
- Working directly with suppliers and manufacturing partners through qualification, first‑article inspection, and production ramp
- Collaborating with electrical, firmware, controls, and systems engineers to deliver highly integrated electromechanical products
- Conducting design verification, failure investigations, root‑cause analysis, and continuous product improvement
- Influencing manufacturing strategy and helping shape future generations of a rapidly evolving hardware platform
- 5+ years of experience developing mechanical products from concept through production release
- A track record of successfully launching hardware into manufacturing, not just prototype development
- Strong 3D CAD experience using tools such as Solid Works, NX, CATIA, or Onshape
- Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFM, and DFA
- Familiarity with supplier qualification, manufacturing processes, and production ramp activities
- Experience designing complex electromechanical assemblies within industries such as robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, industrial automation, or medical devices
- Comfortable taking full ownership within a collaborative, fast‑paced engineering team
- Join an ambitious engineering team building advanced intelligent robotic systems with real products already entering production
- Own complete hardware subsystems instead of contributing to a small part of a much larger programme
- Work across the entire product lifecycle, gaining exposure from concept through manufacturing and production
- Collaborate within a highly technical, multidisciplinary team where decisions are made quickly and engineers have significant ownership
- Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to make a visible impact as the company continues to grow
