MEP Estimator and Inspector

We are seeking a mid‑level (minimum 5 years of estimating experience) MEP estimator and inspector for commercial building and civil projects. Applicants should be experienced in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines at any stage of planning or design/inspection. Experience in inspection/estimating is required. The successful applicant will be experienced working with On‑Screen Takeoff and MS Excel. A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.

Seeking Project Managers/Assistant Managers for opportunities in the SF & LA area. Candidates must possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, above‑average computer skills, knowledge of web‑based project management software programs, and preferably mid to senior‑level on‑site construction management experience. Experience on projects within the education market is a must. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is also preferred.

Seeking an individual to support two business functions in our San Francisco office:

• Business Development:
  Support BD and marketing efforts by capitalizing on personal relationships, attending networking events, and generating proposal content.
• Technical Support:
  Assist in the production of billable work including cost estimating, CPM scheduling, constructability analysis, and on‑site project management.

A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or business is preferred. Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry is required. We are prepared to train the right individual to succeed in both of these business‑critical roles. An outgoing personality and strong work ethic are required.
