Senior Technical Project Manager - Propulsion, Mechanical and Thermal Engineering

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will drive propulsion, mechanical, and thermal engineering development across all programs, guiding projects from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.

• Proactively identify and solve cross‑discipline challenges.
• Develop integrated schedules with measurable milestones for Mechanical, Propulsion, and Thermal subsystems.
• Track and document project progress.
• Serve as liaison between development engineering and other stakeholders (supply chain, software, operations).
• Drive risk and opportunity implementation and organization.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with Program Management to implement best practices and processes.

• BS in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• >3 years in a project management role.
• >3 years in an engineering role.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment, overcome obstacles with creative solutions, and clearly document and communicate tactical plans.

• Familiarity with Jira and Smartsheets.

Base pay ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 USD.
