Spot AI is hiring a Product Manager for AI Ops Assistant, a new product area that turns video into AI‑powered operating assistants for the physical world.

These are not clean, well‑defined problems. You will work with customers who have messy workflows, real operational stakes, and no patience for technology that does not deliver.

You are responsible for discovering the highest‑value problems, building the platform that solves them repeatedly, and creating the motion that turns one‑off POCs into scalable products.

The PMs who win here are not roadmap managers. They walk plant floors, earn trust with engineers and operators, and turn ambiguous customer problems into products that ship.
