Our team is innovating across chemical, mechanical and system engineering to turn carbon transformation into an economically feasible, industrial reality through this completely novel technological approach. Having completed our industrial‑scale electrolyzer prototype, we are now working with our chemical and downstream offtakers towards First‑of‑a‑kind plant deployment and subsequent commercial roll‑out.

Dioxycle is seeking a hands‑on Systems Technician to join our Menlo Park‑based team to support experimental tests on our electrolyzers. You will play a key role in our electrolyzer R&D by maintaining and upgrading our electrolyzer test stations. This will involve coordinating with our chemistry and systems engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware issues with our test stations, and implementing hardware upgrades.

You will also contribute to our day‑to‑day lab operations to ensure our electrolyzers generate the reliable, high‑quality data that drives our technology toward industrial scale.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade test benches, including instrumentation, piping, and controls
• Wire, install, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, valves and pumps
• Write documentation for changes to our system
• Perform chemical analyses on solutions using techniques such as titration, conductivity measurements, and related analytical methods
• Support the execution of experimental campaigns: prepare reagents and electrolyte solutions and handle chemical products safely
• Actively foster a culture of safety in the lab

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering degree, or similar experience
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work independently in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach
• Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
• Hands‑on experience with sensors, actuator, and basic electronics troubleshooting
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assemble and repair components on test benches
• Comfortable working with international and diverse teams

• 1+ years of wet lab experience (internship, laboratory, or other) with an understanding of general chemical lab safety
• Experience with Python, C-code, or other languages
