Apple Inc. seeks a dedicated SoC Power Integrity Engineer within the Hardware Technology Group to develop, implement, and verify PDN solutions for Apple devices.
You will model and simulate power delivery across die, interposer, package, PCB, and PMU, and work with cross-functional teams to drive hardware validation through lab measurements. Minimum BS with 3+ years; MS/PhD preferred in Power/Signal Integrity or related fields.
