JOBOT is seeking a Permanent Senior Weld Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing team in the Bay Area. You will develop, implement, and optimize welding processes including laser and robotic welding, and design fixtures with CAD, AutoCAD and Solid Works.
You will lead NPI for welding operations, apply Lean principles to boost quality and productivity, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across functions to resolve manufacturing, quality and reliability issues.
