Staff Product Design Engineer
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, California

What You Will Do- Mechanical design and development of cutting‑edge wearable and consumer devices
- Drive product development with manufacturing partners across Asia, North America, and Europe
- Build prototypes, test them, and iterate quickly
- Work with leadership on product roadmap and timelines
- 10+ years as a consumer product design engineer, preferably with wearables experience
- Independent judgment in engineering methods and evaluation
- 3D CAD expertise (NX or Solidworks) for densely packaged electronics including PCBs, flexes, antennas, enclosures, mechanisms, and batteries
- Rapid prototyping ability with standard test equipment
- Materials science and scalable manufacturing knowledge
- Problem‑solving comfort with ambiguity
- Technical leadership and mentoring capability
- Strong communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Salary (San Francisco): $198,000 – $233,000
