Summary
A well-established MEP consulting engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Designer with 4+ years of experience to join its growing team. This individual will support the design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial tenant improvement, corporate office, and building renovation projects. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects while collaborating closely with engineers, architects, owners, and multidisciplinary project teams throughout all phases of design and construction.

- Designing HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial tenant improvement and renovation projects.
- Preparing construction documents, equipment schedules, layouts, details, and design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Performing load calculations, equipment sizing, and system selection for a variety of building types.
- 4+ years of experience designing HVAC and mechanical building systems.
- Proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of applicable mechanical, building, and energy codes.
- Collaborative team environment with direct access to experienced engineering leadership and mentorship.
- Exposure to all phases of project delivery, from design through construction administration.
