You'll take end-to-end ownership of the wire harness commodity, working across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and external suppliers from early DFM/DFA and supplier selection through qualification, PPAP/APQP, launch and production ramp.
Why this role?- Own the industrialization of custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies and interconnect systems
- Influence designs early, including wire, terminals, connectors, routing, crimping and test requirements
- Work directly with suppliers to improve quality, yield, capacity and manufacturing readiness
- Define and improve harness manufacturing and test standards, including pull testing, continuity
- Join a rapidly growing SIE organization with significant technical ownership
