Tech Trek Events is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact business conferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless event operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and execute corporate summits, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure smooth event flow.
- Handle venue selection, contract negotiations, and on-site management.
- Manage event registrations, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- 1+ years of experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be available on March 18th for event execution.
