- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with partner/account management in the video, media, or entertainment industry focused on the gaming space.
- Experience in program management, working with external partners, vendors and creators.
- Experience working with executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, business or management consulting.
- Experience working at a game publisher on content marketing initiatives, with creators/influencers, and maintaining business relationships.
- Experience with You Tube creation, strategy, and management.
- Experience managing partnerships.
- Understanding of user journeys between in-game experiences and video platforms.
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure partnership effectiveness.
- Ability to be actively involved in the gaming space.
The Gaming Publisher Team's mission is to make You Tube the most valuable destination for Game Publishers to reach players and build communities around their games globally.
In concert with this mission, as partnership managers, we understand Games publishers' business needs, goals and milestones. Our team is proactive with Game Publishers to identify opportunities for new products, content and programs that can drive impact across key business objectives. This team executes product and content partnerships with Game Publishers to launch products to drive scaled adoption and usage of new features and products like You Tube playables and You Tube shopping.
We ensure publishers understand You Tube's vital role in their game ecosystem, how creators and viewers contribute to success of their games, and drive publisher investment in the You Tube creator ecosystem. Our team ensures Game Publishers drive You Tube Product adoption and Content priorities through deep partnerships.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $134,000–$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
