• Serve as the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home.
• Conduct personalized tours customized to individual tastes, recommending the perfect floorplan and outlining local amenities.
• Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for.
• Maintain weekend (Saturday) availability, the highest-traffic time for future residents.
• Showcase excellent customer service skills and create a sense of community.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media engagement.
• Continuously reach out with tailored updates, including new listings, local hotspots, and events.
• Demonstrate genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in building a better way to live.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
