The Membership Managerwillbe responsible for driving the opening and day-to-dayofnew member recruitment.
Overseeing all aspectsof
Cowboys Clubmembership experiences, includingallevents, member operations and member communication through our digitalapp.
Oversight of the membership committee,maintenance and development of positive relations withall membersandguestsas well asdelivering the best possible experience for Cowboys Club Members.
Therole istheface of the club, available to act on member feedback while managing access totheclub andpreserving club rules and conduct.
This role will also function as the facilitator for all events within the Cowboys Clubwhich includes all meeting spaces andmember events.
The role of Membership Director will report to the Director of Cowboys Club.
- Responsible for driving membershipsales,acquisitions,renewals,anddrivingthe member& guest experience.
- Gather feedback about club developments, levels of serviceandfacilitiesand memberperceptions.
- Maintain a constant presence in the club, being the ‘face’ of themembership team.
- Oversee all new member introductions to the club to ensure members understand benefits,rulesand opportunities.
- Ensuringmeetingall new members when possible, explaining your role and allowing them to contact you if they choose, will also be helpful for all member events and private meetings.
- Play an active part in the creation and implementation of the members’services &events programming, helping to ensure that events are well planned,communicated and executed. Make sure members can host or help with events (where applicable) as well as suggest new event formats.
- Work with members to ensure they understand the club rules.
- Liaiseclosely with Front Desk members and operational teams in oversight of inappropriate behaviors.
- Promote the club, as well as the training facility and the surrounding community to all members and appropriate guests. Encourage bookingofprivate spacesand events.
- Work closely with Cowboys club leadership
- Update conduct planning sessions with vendors, partners,talentand event contacts.
- Coordinates and communicates with all members (internal and external) regardingevent details.
- Proactivelyidentifiesoperational challenges associated with his/her group and work with internal staff and members to solve these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions.
- Create member event proposals and estimation of charges for member based on specific event needs.
- Responsible for coordinating any vendors/rentals based on event specific needs in coordination with the Director Spurs Club,Executive Chef and The RockGM. Conduct planning sessions with the vendors, partners, talent & event contacts.
- Update andmaintainevent database and member files to meet company standards.
- Attend,assistinfacilitatingandprovidematerials for various meetings as necessary (EO/Production/Events).
- Generate reports as needed (month end, fiscal year end)
- Integrates current trends in the meeting and special event industry.
- Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
