Amazon Music is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Management
- Technical to serve as the Single Threaded Leader (STL) for Music Royalties and to lead the Partner Royalites, Payments and Experience organization. This role owns the full royalty payment ecosystem and is responsible for defining and expanding how Amazon Music partners with labels, publishers, and distributors across the partner lifecycle.

Amazon Music's partner ecosystem is growing in complexity and scale. Our label and publisher partners expect a seamless, modern experience to manage content, track performance, and receive accurate, timely payments. Today, the partner experience spans multiple internal teams — and this role will be responsible for defining the vision for a more unified partner interface, identifying opportunities to consolidate capabilities, and partnering across supply chain teams to deliver a cohesive experience.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will lead an established organization while also shaping its future charter — evaluating where it makes sense to bring partner‑facing capabilities under unified ownership and driving alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape.
