Hedge Specialty is hiring a founding wholesale broker to build and own our entertainment practice in San Francisco. You will combine retail-agency relationships, entertainment risk judgment, placement craft, and fast execution to produce revenue across film, television, digital production, music, touring, live events, venues, and production services.
Base salary ranges from $125K–$250K with target OTE of $500K and equity at 0.50% plus up to 0.25% performance grant.
