ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Makescampus rounds on a routine basis tomonitorsafety/security services in place.
• Makesvacation checks for residents on vacation.
• Routinelymakes safetychecksof the residents' automobiles and the parking lot.
• Alertslaw enforcement of suspicious situations.
• Responds to requests for specialresidentialsecurity checks.
• Monitors the safety/security measures in place on the campus.
• Transports residents on the campus to various locations throughout the campus.

Starting pay ranges from $19.40 per hour - $24.44 per hour. Factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, job-related skills, internal equity, and market considerations may influence base pay.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school education or equivalent G.E.D. preferred. Must have avalid

California driver's license and practice safe driving techniques. Mustbe 21 years of age or older.

Training and

Experience:

First aid training required.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Basic safety knowledge and writing skills for record keeping required.
• Ability tomaintainaccuratelogs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Basic computerproficiencyrequired, including the ability to use Microsoft Word,Exceland Office 365 for documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Must be able to learn and useinternal systems such as surveillance monitoring software, access control,toolsand communication platforms.

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
